Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

Breakfast was average. Had good western options, however there was no fresh fruit for instance, no cheese, a few types of bread. Coffee is very limited, black coffee and if wanting a latte, a capuccino, hot chocolate from the machine, it's not available. Just creamers available. The two restaurants where breakfast eas served were very cramped, not easy to find a table. Didn't use the laundry services. Staff at reception very cooperative; few understood english. Cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent. Very near to the train station (under 2 mi utes), and about 4 minutes from the Universal studios.

Hotel was so clean and convenient being on property. We prepaid for breakfast for convenience. It was good and worth it as it was a buffet. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. Our room was comfortable with many amenities. We were 5 adults sleeping on bunkbeds giving us a chance to relive our childhood. Lol.. They provided sleepwear and slippers as you do leave your shoes at the entrance. Room was tight as I mentioned before we were 5 adults with a lot of luggage, but still managed. Many food options in City walk just outside our hotel. Best convenience was the train station right behind our hotel that gave us access to your the city. I highly recommend this hotel as the staff was also so kind.

We had an amazing stay in Keihan. We loved the adult pyjamas and shopping bag provided in the room. We could even take kids pyjamas and amenities at the hotel lobby. The hotel is just 2mins walk to USJ makes it very convenient after a whole day in USJ. The check-in/out process is very smooth. Starbucks, Gong-cha and Nene Chicken around the hotel. We will definitely consider this hotel again if we visit Osaka in future.

Everything is walkable! I wish their cafe was a bit better but other than that, it was great overall. Kind staff and clean room - all I need for the hotel stay.

Muy bonito Hotel, el desayuno muy variado y te dan un dia de desayuno VIP, las habitaciones tienen mucho espacio y la limpieza es 100% bien, las camas muy comfortables, y la ubicacion a un lado de la estacion de tren y que esta ubicado en Universal city puedes salir y estan las tiendas y restaurantes al alcance.
