We LOVED this space! Great balcony for watching the waves, easy to walk out on the beach - no roads to cross! This unit had everything we needed and extras as well! Great tv channels, Alexa provided music, and we were very comfortable! The owners were great with directions and suggestions!

Even though the owners were not there I felt so welcomed.There was a welcome bag on the kitchen counter with all sorts of snacks. a Keurig machine with many coffees, hot chocolates and teas to choose from, BOTTLES OF WATER in the refrigerator. The place was very clean, towels were soft and fluffy, the hosts were responsive if I had a question, and the view...SPECTACULAR! Jim and Sonya are the perfect hosts.

Great location and the apartment was perfect for us. Excellent communication from the host, lovely welcome package, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. All the small details taken care of. We will definitely stay there again if we are visiting the area!

The place is everything it was marketed to be and more ! We can’t explain in full what the view, peace and proximity to the water gave us. We recommended it for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the water, just not when we plan to go back !

Perfect place for a single person or couple to stay. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. The hosts thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Recent kitchen and bath updates were a welcome touch. And the beachfront views were awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and well maintained property. The balcony overlooks the beach, ocean and pool. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there or within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Also caught a night rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the balcony!

Everything here was great! The hosts are excellent and go above and beyond. They think of everything and have everything easy to find and labeled. We usually stay in their other condo in the same building so this was our first time in 303 and it was fantastic!

Love the view!

This property was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean. It’s on the smaller side, but thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and even left a thoughtful welcome gift, which was such a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time at the Oceanfront Studio . The condo had all the utensils that you would need on a vacation. The condo is very neat and clean .The kitchen had all appliances you need in a kitchen . The Wi-Fi was great too. The views were spectacular from the balcony . We love the Ormond Beach area and Oceanfront Studio !

Where do I start! This VRBO experience was our first and they set the bar very very high. They think about anything and everything you could need for your beach trip. They had boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and more. Our favorite was the stateless sunshade! Make sure you over fill the bags with lots of sand as it definitely helped hold it in place better! The view is amazing and the owners are even more amazing. Our daughter had a spill with a drink and they quickly assured us that accidents happen and brought us fresh blankets and sheet ro replace the ones she had the spill on. We 1000% will be back to rent from these owners again!

Perfect space

Very clean property. Super easy check-in process, excellent communication with the hosts, perfect location. Hospitality and thoughtfulness was beyond anything we have received before when booking a vacation. We came for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona but wanted to stay away from the crowd. We will definitely book this unit again given the opportunity.
