PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provid starter rolls of paper products. We are convenienly located to multiple supermarkets where you can purchase additional items for your stay. (Wal-Mart is only 5 min away)


HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Additional clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


TRASH COLLECTION: Please be aware of trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep our home clean.


POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
- Cost: $40 per day.
- Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
- Temperature will not exceed 95F.
- Must be requested 48h in advance.
- Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
- Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
- Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
- (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

We loved staying here. Very roomy, very clean. Host was great, very responsive. We loved the resort as well. Well stocked with kitchen cooking items. We will definitely come back again

It was an ok place to stay. We had issues with 2 tv remotes not working and tried switching out batteries but nothing would work. Helton was very responsive and offering solutions but as it turned out we were too tired to watch it in the evenings anyway. It was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture and curtains could have been nicer and the townhouse could use some fresh paint. We have always enjoyed staying in the Terra Verde gated community.

Great stay!

Just left the villa, had the best time! Location amazing, nice and quite perfect after a busy park day. Beds were so comfy, full working TV in all rooms. Bath and beach towels available so no need to take your own also full washing/drying facilities available. I would highly recommend this villa, we are a family of 4 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of space
