Aging property but good for the price.

This Residence Inn is an aging property. The room had a musty odor, but was otherwise clean. You have to ask for dishes, pots, pans and event dishwashing soap and sponge. The sidewalks are buckling and the pile of cigarette butts stayed at the bottom of the stairs most of the week. The staff was friendly and I did appreciate the breakfast which changed slightly from day to day. The location is great, walking distance from several restaurants and right next to the interstate. I didn't have any issues with noise and the bed was comfortable. The reason I chose this place was price. It is affordable and what you get for the price is reasonable, but nothing fancy. Would I stay here again? Sure, but only if price is a greater concern than comfort.

Think twice!

No housekeeping services for an entire 6 night stay, room door was extremely difficulty to open, overall cleaniness was subpar, room flooe had hole and indintation that were a trip hazard. Additionally, breakfast food items/options were horrible tasting, and no real attention to detail overall. Very dispointing stay to say the least.

The staff and breakfast were good. But the state of the room was disappointing. There was mold on the bathroom wall and ceiling. The kitchen cabinets were rickety. There wa no pot in the coffee maker. Overall we were disappointed as this didn’t live up to a Marriott property.

This property is a little outdated however it is fairly clean. I noticed in the kitchen that the refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned or wiped down, I noticed that the mirrors could’ve used a good wipe down as well. Other than that, the place was clean and provided enough room for our family of four. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen and living room, the living room provided a pullout couch. If anyone is checking in, I would go ahead and be aware that they do charge $20 per night for incidentals. They collect that upfront and hold it until you check out once you check out as long as there are no damages they then refund the money. They also charge $5 per night for parking. This property is located in a wonderful spot with anything you need nearby. There are plenty of dining options, grocery stores, convenient stores and plenty of shopping in the surrounding areas.
