I arrived about 930 then at the desk would not open the door to let me in the lobby. Even though. I was clearly drinking the clothes. We don’t on the side of the building and told me it would be a while because she had to check somebody else in it.

Room and bathroom was filthy, we were unable to use the television because there was no remote, and none brought after requesting another, no towels/wash cloths in room initially and then when we asked the front desk only gave us two of each, even though we were a registered party of four, refused to provide us additional towels etc… Overall experience was terrible and I would not recommend this nor want anyone else have to endure this!

I have never stayed at a Quality Inn & Suites in bad shape as this one. The bathroom and shower floor had hair on it. The bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in there. The ceiling had spots where the paint was peeling off. When I checked in she asked me if I wanted smoking or no smoking room. I told her there should be no smoking in every room. She said we have smoking rooms. Like I said "I have never stayed at any hotel in bad shape as this one.
