Avoid this hotel at all costs! This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it has completely damaged my trust in the Quality Inn brand.
We arrived around 10 PM after a long trip, only to walk into a room that was absolutely disgusting. There were grease stains on the blankets, nasty stains on the pillows, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Even the microwave was filthy, caked with old food and grime — the most unsanitary I’ve ever seen in any hotel room.
When I asked the front desk for clean blankets, the staff member barely acknowledged me and handed me just a sheet, as if that solved anything. The next morning, management finally came on duty, so I requested clean blankets again… and even the “clean” ones they gave me were stained. Completely unacceptable.
The bed itself was another nightmare. The entire left side had a huge dip, like a chunk of the mattress was missing. My partner woke up in pain from trying to sleep on it. The next night, we had to sleep diagonally with our feet hanging off the bed just to avoid that crater and get any comfort at all.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unpleasant, acting annoyed anytime we brought up legitimate issues. Breakfast was a joke — almost no food available, and the waffle maker was covered in junk and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
Everything about this place felt dirty, neglected, and poorly managed. This hotel should be called “No Quality Here”
