Roaches, mold, dirty sheets dirty floors and less than helpful staff. Came to the hotel late at night after arriving late at the airport. My family and I were greated by a very standoffish employee who interacted with us through a window that was taped up(red flags 1&2). our rooms were disgusting. Stained dirty sheets, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, and a stained floor is what greated us. We complained to the front desk to get some new sheets and pillow cases. After giving us a set of sheets for both beds, he said he was going to look for sheets. I waited 20 minutes and never saw him again. We emailed the manager (who was not on site mind you. When we requested a manager we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12pm. We called at 3 and still weren't there) trying to get a refund for the following night we booked with them. They pretty much told us to pound sand. Do not stay here. $20 a night more then their rate got us a beautiful room at La Quinta.
