Clean room and wonderful staff interaction experience. Overall pleasant stay, except for the evening. After returning from a dance competition in the late evening, there must have been an event happening at the hotel because there were dozens of drunk and very loud people in the entry area of the hotel. As we walked in, there were even a couple loud and obnoxious people on top of their vehicles in front of the hotel that made us uncomfortable walking past with our 10 year olds. Upon entering the main lobby, is was not much better. There were two police cars in fron, I assume to calm the storm, but no one was being talked to or asked to leave or go to their rooms. I know these situations can be tricky for staff, but because it was not being dealt with, the first experience of many of your travelers arriving at that time was not great.

Overall, it was a great stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant was well prepared. Restaurant and room service staff were exceptionally competent and accommodating. Pool and sauna were nice amenities.
