HORRIBLE STAY

There were roaches. They did a horrible job at making me feel welcome. They didn't let me know what time the breakfast was, and don't waste your time or money on this old, very overrated motel with a luxury name. I wanted something a bit more luxurious for my anniversary/4th of July. Red hot and boom, not the best views of the event from the building, and they couldn't care less how my stay was because I am sure they know it's an underwhelming place to stay in Orlando. Hilton, do better, please.

The girl at the front desk was rude and disrespectful, and she was trying to shove down my throat pride month and kept taunting me to buy a bracelet and when I told her no, I don’t believe in pride month and I had a American flag shirt on she kept making derogatory comments to me because I wasn’t gay. Every time I walked by for the two days day I was there she would make comments about me and I found this to be disgusting unprofessional and I cannot believe you all have someone like that employed with your hotel. I don’t have to celebrate pride month or gay month and I will wear an American flag T-shirt and not be taunted.

Everything was great at Hotel. Easy checking in. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is close to Mall and plenty of places to eat. The room was clean and plenty of towels to take a shower on a hot sweaty day
