I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, the property was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit, and I would absolutely recommend it to others. One small note—though it may just be a personal preference—the toilets don’t have a top seat. As someone a bit clumsy, I found myself being extra careful when showering. That aside, everything else exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel is conveniently close to many shops and restaurants. It’s only about a 20‑minute drive to Universal Studios, and the highlight was being able to watch the fireworks show right from my room. Truly an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The property was very well kept inside and out. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. The only downside was not knowing there was a charge of $20 plus tax a night for parking. The Hotels.com app says covered self parking costs USD 20.00 per night however, the property charges for all parking regardless whether covered or uncovered. Please update the parking statement under fees and policies to reflect USD 20.00 per night for parking. Thank you.
