We love Mystic Dune. We always have a pleasant stay here. The rooms are nice. Just wished shower head had a little more water pressure. But the units are very spacious.

Room was clean and spacious. We were a little disappointed with the smell upon arrival, as we think the neighboring unit had cooked fish and it had permitted into our rooms. There was a bit of a stale smell after that, but overall it was a nice stay. There were a few little fix-up items in the unit that we made the staff aware of and they said they would address. We are on property for three meals during our stay and everything was very tasty!

WE LOVE THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES. THE ONLY THING THAT WE DISLIKED WAS THE LOUD NOISE FROM THE WASHING MACHINE. WE ENJOYED THE AVAILALE FREE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS PICKLEBALL, BIKING, SWIMMING.

The room and the grounds were great, but the staff that does the presentation to become a Hilton points owner was awful. Nothing but pressure to try and buy something and when you don’t, they pretty much treat you like crap as if you don’t belong. Never again will I do one of those presentations from Hilton.
