Air didn't work for 3 days couldn't communicate it until day 2 which sucked because we had to be up by 430am but couldn't get sleep until after 1am because the parties outside which would of been fine but we had to have the windows open. It sounded like the owners husband was trying to blame us after he pretty much insulted us to our face then the hot tub drained completely into pool so it got to deep for youngest to swim they fixed both problems but then the wifi had an outage which ment no phone connection or TV so we just went to bed. The only day everything worked was the day we were packing to leave at 130am. Not to mention all the trash we found under upstairs couch paper plates a few paper bowl one that was full of dry cereal and after all that they made absolutely no reimbursement offer or a future discount of any kind no nothing to make this experience worth the 2000 plus dollars i paid. Just a have a good trip home. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any bnb hotel or motel.
