In order for me to give a 5 Star, it's about the criteria VRBO establishes in addition to user friendliness. This home has so much potential bc of how much thought went into the rooms. The themed rooms were fun and well decorated. There were 11 of us in the home with one single, coffee pot of the Mr. Coffee caliber of quality. There were salt n pepper shakers, but no salt. In the write up it does say minimal supplies would be provided, but for a house this size and a group stay, I want basic seasonings and at least one coffee filter to start off with. After the Goldilocks test, the only bed that wasn't super 'hard' or 'firm' was the Lion King bedroom (out of 9 bedrooms, one bed was not super firm). To be honest, this was the feedback from the other guests in the house. There are not towel racks for your bath towels, let alone beach towels. No kitchen towels either. There is a large apartment complex being built nearby. It's summer, so the workers start early for the cooler temperatures. Consider the 6am construction noise if you're planning your stay. Apparently, this neighborhood is time-share or long-term rental properites. The guests in the house behind us were not just sort of loud, but crazy loud music til around 2:30am one night. For the birthday party they were having the following night, they celebrated just as loud until around 1:00am. I share this bc it's the same management rental company as this home. Simply adding some basic necessities would pay off.
