We booked 2 nights, 1st night was perfect. 2nd night we get to our room at 1030pm. There was loud bass and music playing under our room, we were on the 2nd floor. We called the front desk, & were told there was a wedding & that "quiet hours" didn't apply to weekends. Even though they were posted every where & no mention of weekends vs. weekdays. The front desk said they wouldn't move our room or refund us. We decided to leave and drive home early. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Hotels.com said they would get a refund, then emailed & said they wouldn't do anything. So, I guess if you are looking to sleep here, its only required guests are quiet during the weekdays.

The hotel was generally clean and well run. The free breakfast was definitely above average for this service. I took off one star for the fact I was charged a damage deposit and the parking charge (there was plenty of room in the lot.) Also, the free shuttle was never on time, moreover using it resulted in getting to the Universal parks late. From an expense and convenience standpoint, if I were to stay at this hotel again I would not drive and use a ride share company to get around.
