Overall, the room was in a great condition, except the carpet was smelly when we arrived in. I would recommend that AC should be turned on a while prior to the hotel guests arrive.

The location wasn’t where I expected and hard to find. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the system was not up on two occasions the most inappropriate time was check out. As I was taking my stuff to the car at 11:50 AM I came back to a room I couldn’t enter because the key was turned off. Went down to the lobby and the receptionist said the system was down I had to wait for a housekeeper to open door for me, so I barely made it out before 12 check out time. I have to say the room was not bad though, but hospitality is NOT THIER STRONG SUIT.

We were in room 136 this time, an accessible room, mainly because I have difficulty stepping over the side of a bathtub. Still had a tub, although the grab bars were helpful getting in, not so much getting out. The top door lock is missing a screw, glad we had the deadbolt. Noisy room, I thought we were next to the laundry room, but there was a room between, when the washers started the spin cycle, goodness, it sounded like it was going to come through the wall it was so loud! The “staff only” door (next to laundry), slammed-when employees entered & exited. Breakfast was good until a vagrant entered Saturday AM, helping himself & was loudly talking to the room “I’m a criminal, I’m getting me coffee, making a waffle”, etc. Started trying to speak with a guest getting breakfast. My husband got up to get the front desk lady, she asked him to leave, he continued, the manager came, he finally left. He seemed well familiar with breakfast. Sunday AM, a different one was helping himself but wasn’t making a scene. The staff were all nice however, helpful & friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.

Very clean property the room was spotless. The front desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was the view outside our window and empty out with a bunch of dumpsters, but nobody can help that.
