Room was very clean. You can smell that they had just cleaned it when I first walked in. They allow me to do early check out, which was very nice. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. The parking is convenient.

The walls in the room were dirty. The towels and wash cloths were dirty and just thrown in the bathroom not placed nicely. The room smelled and felt musty. The beds were horrendous. Sloped in the middle which made it 10 times more uncomfortable. The pillows smelled old. It was cheap so you literally get what you paid for. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was 6 minutes from Disney springs and 14 minutes away from Disney. And when I checked out Jen was at the front desk she was amazing. Definitely went above and beyond when I wasn’t even expecting anything. So thank you.

Before arriving, I called ahead and spoke directly with the General Manager, explaining that this stay could be a precursor to becoming my regular hotel in the area if things went well. I specifically requested a quiet room on the highest floor. While I was technically placed on the highest floor, the room was surrounded by constant door slamming, children screaming, and loud banging, making it anything but quiet. The so-called amenities do not match what is advertised. • The washer and dryer, which were listed as perks, were mostly out of order. • The “heated” swimming pool was consistently cold. • The pool deck receives direct sunlight for only about one hour a day, which hardly qualifies as a resort-style experience. Despite this, I was charged an additional “resort fee.” Calling this property a resort is misleading at best. To make matters worse, rooms are not cleaned daily—housekeeping is provided only once per week. When I raised concerns about the resort fee, I was then pressured and gaslighted into signing a contract for future stays, at a nightly rate higher (in Canadian dollars) than what is publicly available on major travel sites, which felt completely inappropriate. Overall, this stay felt overpriced, poorly managed, and misrepresented. Ileana Chris At the front desk are the only reasons I’m giving this place 2 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The bathroom in the room was in poor condition, the towels were very old and worn, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hallway had a very unpleasant smell, especially in the carpeted areas, which made the environment feel dirty and poorly maintained. The gym exists, but out of three treadmills only one was working. There were also no towels available in the gym. This is supposed to be a newer hotel, so it was surprising to see so many maintenance and quality issues. On top of that, I booked through Hotels.com and the total shown was 140 dollars, but I was charged an additional 20 dollars per day for parking, which was not clearly disclosed in advance. Overall, not a good experience and not what I expected. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was great. It didn't have updates like usb and charging outlets, but it was clean. I thought everything was nice, but the parking lot outside had lots of litter like beer bottles and such.

The property appeared clean overall, the beds were comfortable, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and welcoming. I was texted during the stay asking how things were going, but when I requested additional towels there was no response. The room was not serviced during the stay, which seemed common based on towels and trash bags left in the hallways. The bathroom vent either was not working or was very weak, as steam built up heavily during showers.

Long check-in time (over 20 minutes) even thought check-in line was short. Flashing light in bedroom was annoying for sleeping. My wife said all 3 containers in the shower (soap, shampoo, conditioner) contained the same substance.
