Just left this beautiful, spacious home today, Plenty of room for everyone - we had 12 family members and never felt crowded. Furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. Our only issue was with the A/C upstairs - it was warm in those bedrooms - only one of the upstairs bedrooms had a ceiling fan so we requested and promptly got portable fans for the rest of the bedrooms - also a technician came twice to check the A/C upstairs. The management company promptly answered all questions during our stay. I was disappointed with the resort itself from the aspect that every bit of food and drink..from a chip to a drink of water..had to be purchased from the restaurant/snack bar. Consequently we didn’t go to the resort pool very often but enjoyed the pool in our own backyard!! I must say there was plenty of seating in our backyard for everyone which was great!! Loved the house but because of the rules at the resort pool I don’t think I would book again.

A really fun Disney themed home creating an adventure in every room! The clubhouse on the property was fantastic for the days not at the theme parks. We stayed for the parks but would go back for the house! We had a great time!!

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay

From the first night we had issues, my daughter stepped on broken glass outside by the pool.. there was a dirty straw and sucker stick also by the pool.. Myself, my husband and daughter got bit a bunch of times still have no idea by what. Fridge didn’t stay cold so we lost some of our food. They left the heating on in the pool and my sons temperature was 103.7.. then they lied and said they shut it off but it was never shut off till the next day.. there was a list of things the head manager was suppose to call me about and I have yet to receive a phone call…
