The house served its purpose, but there were many disappointments. Tuesday evening found the Moana room light didn’t work so couldn’t see at night. Notified host immediately she said she told maintenance. Wednesday AM there was a worm in pool by the stairs and no net to clean, also hole in the screen room (later noticed multiple holes.) We were told there were pool floats, but there were none. Notified host and was told maintenance would be notified and she would give me an update as soon as possible. Thursday mid day there was no update so I followed up and she said that maintenance ordered the parts and we were waiting on an ETA- she would update as soon as she knew. Went under and fished worm out with a fork so my child would go in the pool.Thursday PM we tried to cook on the grill to find out it was locked; when I reached out she said there was an added cost. This was not written in their listing, or welcome letter. Free grill was one reason I chose the home. We used the oven to find out there was no pot holder. She said they updated their listing with grill cost but it wasn’t last I checked.Pool service came Friday AM and we told him about the net and he ordered one from Amazon that arrived the same afternoon. Maintenance people showed up Friday PM for light and ?pool issue. Never heard from host. Looked back at reviews and there were prior mentions about pot holder needs and grill cost not communicated. Seems them don’t care about safety or satisfaction
