Room was awful and we got company (cockroaches) and no microwave and no caffe machine hi were for second night we got them but the microwave dish inside didn’t turn Just one clothes hanger I asked for more they said we do not have it The restaurant was closed The room”s door open and close very hard Unfortunately they made our vacation up side down. My wife scared to sleep second night and she spend whole night in the car.

This was one of the least pleasant stays I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel has potential to be magnificent, but is just horribly run down and dirty. The pretty restaurant and bar in the photos? That's closed and dark. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like a very old mattress. The carpets were super dirty, both in and out of the rooms. The toilet wobbled back and forth on the floor, so using it was a balancing act. The shower rod was not securely mounted to the walls and was hanging down at a severe angle, and seemed like it was about to fall off. The heater didn't work and only blew out cold air. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they offered to put us into another room. I had just heard someone else making the same complaint about their room, so chose not to move. We walked in and turned on the lights and saw a cockroach scurrying to hide behind the mirror. After we left, we found that my daughter's backpack, which she kept on the ground, had been chewed through by mice. So, mice, cockroaches, badly dirty carpets, and a general state of disrepair made this a pretty unpleasant stay. I will say that the shower itself had great water pressure and temperature, which was a pleasant surprise. The place has a lot of potential, but they're going to have to dump a LOT of money into cleaning it and fixing it up. My prediction is that the place will be closed in a year. There's no way I would return, it's just not worth the lower prices.

The room needed maintenance. The lamp shades were damaged. The curtains had gaping areas, with broken, missing hooks. The carpet had several dark patches, dirty areas. The bathroom had no air flow, no ventilation. The bathtub couldn’t be filled.

I am requesting a full refund with Expedia. I’ve been victimized and bitten by bedbugs for the past 2 nights and I haven’t been able to sleep… there is no one here in charge. There is no manager and front desk is telling me, she can’t help me… I need to go to the hospital and get checked out! Article 19 of the Rockland Couth Health Department needs to be enforced quickly and aggressively in order to prevent transmission and injury. There’s is no one here to accommodate me and the best part is now they want to kick me out because I refuse to leave until I speak to someone in charge… and they threaten to call the police department if I don’t leave. Before emergency services comes to this hotel and before including my posting go viral of this hotel… someone at Expedia needs to handle this for me. Immediately!

⭐ 0.1 Stars — This Hotel Should Be SHUT DOWN. Absolutely Disgusting. This place is an embarrassment and a health hazard. I honestly don’t know how this hotel is still open. My stay here was beyond terrible—it was filthy, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable. Yes, the lobby looked okay at first. But once you step past the lobby, the place turns into something straight out of a horror movie. Cockroaches Everywhere — Absolutely Vile The moment we turned off the lights, waves of cockroaches came crawling out of the bathroom, out of the toilet, around the bathtub—literally everywhere. Not just one or two—a full infestation. There was mold on the bathtub, the room smelled damp, and nothing felt remotely clean. A Rat in the Room. Not a Joke. A RAT. The most disgusting part of the entire stay: In the middle of the night, we heard something moving. When I turned on my phone flashlight, I actually saw a rat eating our snacks like it lived there. A RAT. INSIDE. OUR. ROOM. That alone is reason for this place to be reported, inspected, and shut down. Lobby "Amenities" Are Useless The food area was “temporarily closed,” so we had to order out. Fine. But the only microwave available was a shared one in the lobby—and it barely worked. It kept stopping, glitching, and restarting. How is every guest supposed to use ONE broken microwave? DIRTY Bedding & FILTHY Floors The sheets had stains. The floor mats had stains. Nothing felt washed or sanitized.
