Close to center of town. Nice setup comfortable beds, neat kitchenette and useful appliances. Lovely and warm with lots of heater especially as orange was having a cold winter spell. The location, coffee machine, Netflix and general ambiance was great. There were three singles staying so I slept on the lounge. The quilt was very poor quality, it was cold in the lounge room with the aircon on and the light was flashing in the room so we put on the lamp. Other than that it was all good.
