Fera Anaheim mentioned being short-staffed, so housekeeping had to be scheduled. That was understandable—one day of cleaning and towel replacement during a 3-night, 4-day stay was sufficient. However, our room was still missed despite calling to confirm at 1:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM. We had to request towels and go down to the lobby to retrieve them ourselves. The only positive was the front desk and valet staff—friendly and welcoming. A simple hello truly goes a long way.

Me he quedado dos veces por negocios, la primera fue una vez que les mostré que en otro portal el costo de la noche era más barato y que si podían hacer price match habrían ganado más pues además de ser más barato ellos pagaban comisiones a la agencia y no lo entendieron, pagué por medio de expedía, a la mañana siguiente tocaron la puerta a las 830 de la mañana y abrieron la puerta cuando el check out era a las 11 no había jabón de baño en la regadera se reporto, ayer en la segunda estancia en la habitación no había agua ni para tomar medicina ni a la venta, salí y en el vending machine no había un solo producto disponible todo sold out tuve que regresar a la hab para quitarme la pijama y cambiarme para bajar en la recepción lo reporte indicando que soy diabético y necesitaba agua para mis pastillas la persona solo volteo a decir ahí en el refrigerador vendemos agua Nunca tuvieron una atención a pesar que soy cliente platinum y no dan seguimiento a mi perfil en Expedia Para la tarifa que cobran aprox 200 usd no dan el servicio de un hotel de ese nivel a un cliente de nivel VIP como lo tengo

The room/ bed was good, but the refrigerator was broken and had not been cleaned seemed to have liquid leaking from it and smelled. The USB charging ports did not work on either sides of the beds.

The staff was friendly, but the room bathtub was dirty. There was trash in the trashcan and gum on the wall in soap open that was already used on the bathroom counter. They did switch our room, but the AC did not go off and we caught four extra blankets several different times and they never bring them.
