We had a successful trade show experience while staying in this home. Lots of logistics and signage all over the property so expect to receive lots of comms.

This home was a perfect choice for our family!

This house was exactly the right number of rooms and beds for our family. We arrived in the middle of a strong rain storm--and we were extremely tired and excited. The property manager was very communicative with us prior to our trip and everything in the house was exactly what we expected. We found a delightful Japanese restaurant close by on Yelp and that was helpful. We were in Disneyland pretty much the entire time, and the house's location was a pretty easy freeway ride away. We never got to use all the extra amenities, but everything looked in great shape and very clean. We also loved that every bed was king size. I would recommend staying at this home again.

Disney and Thanksgiving Done Right!

Plenty of room for the whole fam and our married kids! We had a great stay at this home for our Thanksgiving weekend and Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and two ovens were nice. Clean and well maintained. Two living areas were nice and the game room in garage was perfect. A wide variety of strollers to choose from if you have any little also. The only suggestion would be to tighten some of the legs on the dining room table that were wobbly and loose but that’s an easy fix. Also no one ever got back to us when we requested a late check out. Would have been nice to know either way for planning. Overall great stay, thank you!

Overall the house was nice. The kitchen cabinets actually had a missing front and a lot of them didn’t close properly and hinges were all loose. We noticed a few rats running along the back stone wall.

Perfect for our family

Very clean, nice open spaces for our group of 11 to feel at home. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was clean and fun for our family. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of pool towels for our family. Perfect location in nice safe neighborhood and 20 mins from Disney.

Clean and spacious

Owner was responsive to all my communications. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The grandkids loved the pool table and the backyard pool. The temperature downstairs was fine, but upstairs was very warm. We kept the blinds closed upstairs and it was still hot. All bathrooms were missing towel rack/hooks The kitchen had everything we needed.

Disney Trip

Overall, great location and home size. Plenty of room for our group of 11 people (8 adults and 3 kids under 3). Pool was nice for cooling off and playing with the kids. Pool does have a shallow and a deep end. House is a little worn in some areas (missing cabinet door in kitchen, warped flooring on ground sitting room/bedroom and A/C seemed to struggle to keep 2nd floor cool). Great communication and quick responses. For example, we noticed an issue with the sink and the manager had it taken care of that day. We enjoyed our stay and it was a good home base for a few days at Disney and a few days at the nearby beaches.

Great for large families

House was great for our large family that was in town for a wedding. Great proximity to Disney, grocery stores, and other activities. Pool was fabulous and house came well equipped especially if you have young children. Unfortunately, it was a warm weekend and the AC was NOT adequate for upstairs sleeping - the temperature couldn't get lower than 80 degrees. In addition, attempting to check in early and communicate with property management was difficult and took SEVERAL attempts before receiving a response.

Large family group visiting daughter at Chapman

We had a group of 7 visiting our daughter who is freshmen at Chapman University. The location of this house was ideal, the rooms were big and clean, the pool as well as pool table and ping pong table were extra amenities that we enjoyed

The place is clean, beautiful and a very quiet. She didn’t spare any expense getting this house together and it’s well worth the money you would spend to stay there because the quality is there with the price. I’d defiantly come back. I highly recommend this listing

Nice property

House was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I appreciated the two living rooms and multi-level access of the house. Only thing I would say for improvement is adding towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was very nice.
