the staff were polite and helpful, our room was spotless and when we had a small issue with the bath not draining within 10min of mentioning it to reception the maintenance team were in and sorting the issue. breakfast was a fab selection and our kids loved being able to make their own waffles.

The rooms are very dated and things are just “covered” to make it look decent. This is an older hotel so don’t expect luxury, expect run-down. Our shower had little to no pressure and the drain was clogged so water never went down fast enough and it gathered at our feet. The so

Great place to stay.

Stayed here many times. Only complaint is that there were no hand towels or washcloths. Other than that, very spacious room and very comfortable beds. Will definitely be coming back.

There were cockroaches in the bedroom and crawling insects in the bathtub and kitchen cabinets . The floor in the hallway looks like it was recently renovate but it was done poorly . This hotel is more like a motel , not hotel quality . Overall , poor properly . I stayed in another best western the week before in Los Angeles and it was beautiful so I was quite disappointed when I got to Anaheim .
