Bad customer service which I’m shocked since it’s owned by Ayres

Parking was easy and close to room. Breakfast was good.

I feel like the hotel can't decide what it wants to be. Is it a cool, boutique hotel, or a cheap chain with few amenities. First the good. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the surroundings to be quiet and the staff friendly. Breakfast was OK, but I wish the hours were a bit longer. There were many choices, from cold continental breakfast like a muffin to eggs and pancakes. It was conveniently located. I ordered a sandwich from the restaurant affiliated with the hotel next door and it was good and it was delivered more quickly than they had promised. My complaints have to do with details and amenities. Don't say you have a fitness center and then limit the hours (opens at 7 and even then I had to call the desk to have someone come open it), I had to be out by 8 my first morning there. Having a gym open at 7 doesn't help me in that case. Also, they have so few options in the center. One treadmill, one elliptical, one bike, with the world's most uncomfortable seat. There were also some dumbbells. No mat or anything to do floor exercises on. They want you to wipe down the machines, but the wipes were all dry, indicating they're old and the disinfectant has dried up.

Breakfast ---- excellent! excellent!! excellent!!!

Desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were great. Complimentary breakfast was good every morning.

Great location for Disneyland. Friendly staff member and close to convenient store.

We loved it. Thank you for the hospitality. We’ve stayed before and will most likely stay again

All was good. Greal location, walking distance to Angel Stadium, and easy freeway acess.

Very clean. Professional, friendly staff. Very good fresh morning breakfast. Loved the comfy bed and free parking, internet. Would definitely stay here again.

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. One elevator was broken and they ran out of complimentary cookies one night. They also forgot to replenish the towels on our last night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Property was well kept and clean. Liked having 2 restaurants on property.

It is old and don’t let the hotel picture fool you. Not bad for a cheap hotel. Nothing fancy here

Very nice contemporary rooms. No in room safe, small TV.

Awesome breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, super clean room- LOVE!!!
