Quality of the room, specifically the bathroom. The shower floor near the drain was soft, and we had to stand toward the back of the tub. Overall quality was cheap - not 3 star. The staff were great, friendly and helpful upon check in and whenever we had questions.

My October Stay at ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

My stay at ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange was great! The service was great, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and the staff were very helpful and kind. They kept the room clean and kept the attached restaurant and breakfast dining area spotless each day we were there. I appreciate this hotel and its staff and will be returning should I have more business in the area.

This was a fine hotel. We had the first floor room that is closest to the back door which is convenient but the housekeepers has a meeting every morning at 8am right outside our door and they were very loud. I don’t want to get them in trouble, they seemed to be very happy and having a good time, it was just loud and we were trying to sleep. So just ask to not stay in that room I guess.

This was a gamble since I have never been to Disney land and Alo did not disappoint! We stayed for three nights with our 11yr old granddaughter. There were great food options for the whole family and a mall with great activities within walking distance. The Uber to Disneyland was awesome and only a few minutes away. Staff was awesome, hot breakfast was great and the pool/jacuzzi was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend.
