They did not clean the rooms. We picked this hotel due to the breakfast and shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle is awful. It’s on demand, so you have to order it. Totally unreliable. It is meant to run until 30 mins after park closes but one of the nights we were there shuttle left us stranded at Disney at 11pm. The food in the vending machines is highway robbery. If you wanted to stay here because it was affordable and had a shuttle to Disney, just don’t.

Staff was friendly, but the service wasn’t acceptable. No towels in the room and several guests had the same experience. Took us almost 8 hours to receive towels. Only one washcloth in the room. Never received any more. Coffee maker didn’t work. This used to be a good hotel for. A Disney trip.

When booking, I was impressed by the pictures. But as I got to the room, it was not as up-to-date as the pictures. When we first arrived, the door was already open, so we told the front desk, and they suggested seeing if there was anything wrong with it. They gave me the option to move to another room. The tub was still dirty; no bathroom mats were provided, and only towels were available. We also had to ask for trash cans since there were none. The pull out bed had a sheet on it already so we asked for another sheet and more blankets. We didn't trust the sheet that had already been on the bed. The bed in the picture is not the same. It was a basic bed. If you need a place to sleep, this is a good option, but if you want to relax and enjoy yourself in a comfortable setting, I would choose somewhere else. I will not be staying here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, but this last time was the worst— the room had a horrible smell, 4/5 staff members I encountered were rude, and they even ran out of clean towels. Housekeeping cleaned our room once during our 4 night stay, and didn’t even leave clean towels. Every morning we were woken up by a loud banging sound in the walls— staff said it was the old pipes. Safe to say that was the last time we’ll be staying there.
