It was difficult to get ahold of someone, at times. Other than their 4-8pm window, I was not sure how to contact someone. There are no amenities to speak of. But the room was nice and the items in the room were up to date - tv, microwave, bath facilities. The one item I would add would be safety strips in the bath tub. They would make the bath tub much safer to use.
