Quality of the room, specifically the bathroom. The shower floor near the drain was soft, and we had to stand toward the back of the tub. Overall quality was cheap - not 3 star. The staff were great, friendly and helpful upon check in and whenever we had questions.

This was a gamble since I have never been to Disney land and Alo did not disappoint! We stayed for three nights with our 11yr old granddaughter. There were great food options for the whole family and a mall with great activities within walking distance. The Uber to Disneyland was awesome and only a few minutes away. Staff was awesome, hot breakfast was great and the pool/jacuzzi was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here many times before; its location is perfect for me. However, this time I was disappointed to find they had instituted a new policy of charging for parking; an unwelcome surprise. Also, as with many ( almost all ) the hotels, they wash the sheets etc, but fail to wash the pillows. So the cover is clean, but the pillow reeks of sweat.

When. I booked hotel parking was free they charged me $15.65 . When I informed to front desk she told me if I want to canceled my room that was not good with 2 kids and wife with me. That was rude. Chose to stay here because it was rated so highly. Upon arriving to hotel the room it didnt seem as nice as advertised. The included hot breakfast was nice and on par with other hotels of the area. Staff were alright. Beds were comfortable for a hotel. Elevators were small and rooms were not very sound proof. Last gripe is i wasnt informed that i had to pay for parking until after booking. Which im not a fan of as this isnt even on the disney strip. If i didnt have a preconceived notion of how great my stay was going to be i would have probably been very happy but instead feel a little let down. Hotel was okay.
