Great comfort, great views in a corner location!

Having vacationed in area condos the past 12+ years, 812 Regency Isle ranks at the top for its total comfort, panoramic views on 3 sides as a corner unit, and its interior layout and furnishings. The bedrooms are plush and amenable to adults and youth; the kitchen and living area are expansive and well laid out. The balcony is prime viewing for dolphin watching and other beach life and above any pool noise or potential distractions, and the sunsets are spectacular! We will be back!

Great place!

Condo was as pictures showed. Check in and out were very easy. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance showed up very quickly and resolved the issue. Got several texts to make sure everything was ok. Had a great week with family!

Family Vacation

We have stayed at this property twice. It is very well maintained and the kitchen is a dream since it has everything needed and more. The view from the decks on both sides are remarkable. There is plenty of furniture for us all to sit both outside and inside. Thanks for another great week at the beach!

Wonderful week at the beach

Regency Isle 812 is a fantastic condo. This condo is as nice as the pictures that are on the website show. A nice patio is a must for our vacation this one exceeded our expectation. There is plenty of furniture on the patio and all is in great condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. All the furniture was in great condition. Having a full bathroom in each bedroom is wonderful. The grounds surrounding Regency Isle are kept very nice. The pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. We like to grill when we are at the beach so having a wonderful place to do that is important. The grill area is just fantastic with having gas grills. The grills and the gazebo where they are located is always kept clean and is so well lighted we are able to grill late. The walkways are lined with palms and make for a great atmosphere. When our family needs a three bedroom condo at the beach it will be this unit. Working with Liquid Life vacation rental company has been an enjoyable experience. Everyone at Liquid Life was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks to everyone there. Missouri Mike
