Hotel is under construction. Pool is empty, hot tub is empty, and the work out facility is closed. I understand they are renovating, but that should be disclosed when making a reservation, not a surprise when you get here.. I’m typically not one to complain, but a discount for the amenities that I paid for should be issued to me.

Hotel has a great location but is waiting for renovation and rebranding. No hair dryer provided, no one at the desk to ask about it. Breakfast was substandard. Only coffee in the room were two flavored Keurig pods. Stairs up were dirty, furniture in the room more than a bit dingy. But a good price, which is what I had been seeking for just one night to lay down my head. Even so, I probably won't stay there until after the remodel (sorry).

Stay away until renovations are complete.

Hotel was under renovations. My room was dirty and uncomfortable. Breakfast was junk. After renovations are complete I might think about trying this place again. Until then, I would not recommend at all.

Under renovation and definitely needed. Outdated, dirty, noisy. Would not recommend until renovations completed and better management on site. Traveled during a snowstorm otherwise, we would have looked for a different location. Price not close to in line with conditions and amenities. We kept lowering our expectations and the experience kept finding ways to get under them. The last straw was finding unlaundered towels in the bathroom. Yuck!

Was a good nights rest for the money

The hotel is under renovation, but the king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were working. We only needed to stay one night, it was good. Breakfast could have used some fresh coffee, it was not hot, and likely from the day before. Not a big choice, but not many guests, so I get it.

Staff was friendly but not accommodating when wanting to check out early. We couldn't stay in our room due to how unclean it felt and no heat except the space heater they had in the room. Also had metal posts stuffing out from bottom of the bed. Safety issue there. I kicked it a few times, if I was elderly i probably would've fallen. I also messaged the hotel and got no response back.
