When we checked out we were waiting in the lobby to get our car from valet parking and there were 2 people in the lobby chatting so I thought they were just customers turns out one or both of them worked at the front counter. We had to wait at least 5 minutes before the young man decided to come over to see if we needed help. Very frustrating. Room was clean.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. On my first morning, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:45 a.m. to clean the room. I politely asked them to return in about 30 minutes once I had left, and they agreed — however, the room was never serviced that day. Later, I also discovered that the mini fridge wasn’t working, and on my second night, the hot water was barely warm. Additionally, when I requested my car from valet before leaving my room, it still took 18 minutes after I arrived downstairs for it to be brought around. Overall, there was nothing particularly impressive about my experience, and I won’t be returning.

It says 32 a day but it’s really 52 especially on weekends or event days the up charge so the hotel is not in charge of its own parking lot they use the public parking lot next door even tho they say it’s not public. The bar was friendly a nice and decent drinks the shower was fabulous and so were the amenities in use to seeing water already in the rooms but that’s fine overall a good hotel to book.
