Western Tennessee Vacation Packages

Property is run down, and rooms need updating. Paint, carpet, lots of wear & tear. Location is great, and connection to the convention center is a benefit! Hence, property appears heavily used. Stayed there last year, and there is a visible difference.

All good until Sunday eve when the desk called my room and asked why I was there? I was there because my trip, booked via Orbitz, had me there checking in Friday, checking out Monday am. Westin did not have that programmed and said I either had to leave or pay for another night. I showed staff my Orbitz itinerary and trip numbers on my phone. I was permitted to stay after such. Not certain yet if I was charged. If I am they will be hearing back from me.

It was a good stay! The carpet was stained and there wasn’t any hand soap on the bathroom sink. They had an excellent music playlist and the customer service was top tier !!!!

Hotel is great! Rooms perfect size and check in staff was very very helpful.

Food option just ok at night. Wouldn’t allow me to register my Hilton points because registered through Orbitz- ridiculous! Cookies were nice touch.
