Labor Day Getaway

We loved our stay at Mint Condition! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make for a very enjoyable vacation. The beach access directly across the street was amazing. We had so much fun enjoying the pool. Will definitely consider booking again if we return to Ocean Isle

It Just Couldn't Have Been Better

This whole experience was just a plain old WINNER! Easy to book & pay; Jamie was wonderfully responsive to all our questions & the house was exactly as advertised. We all agreed...next trip...return to this property.

Home away from home

Mint Condition is a beautiful home that is very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to all of the fun (beach, ice cream, putt putt, cocktails, souvenirs)! The neighborhood was very nice, safe to walk. Our stay included two families with 6 teenagers and EVERYONE had a great time! The only item that was missing was an icemaker. We will be back!

Mint Condition Was a Dream

I rented Mint Condition for a quick girls weekend and everyone was so impressed with the home. Fantastic location - super close to the beach. The home came stocked with anything you could need. Really a fantastic property and would love to book Mint Condition again for future trips to OIB.

Family beach week

Great week at Mint Condition. This was our second time renting. The first time was the first year it was built. We noticed some wear and tear but loved the new updates and decor. It was a great family week!

Amazing!

Our family has been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for 35 years! We have rented and also owned a house. This house has every amenity a family needs! We would recommend mint condition to anyone that appreciates someone who rents their home with everything a family could ask for.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at Mint Condition for our yearly family trip to Ocean Isle. The proximity to the beach was great but we spent most of our time at the pool. The young adults and grandchildren loved having our own pool. The 6 bedroom house was hard to find and it fit us perfectly. The only thing we would change would be to have a bathroom down by the pool. We would definitely come back.

Nice pool, easy walk to the beach

The house was as described and in a great location with easy beach access, only 2 min walk away. Having golf cart was a huge help when wanting to get to/from shops & restaurants as it can be a long walk when it is hot. The house itself was clean and worked well for our extended family of 14. Good set up with bunk rooms for kids. Pool area was nice, but not private with neighboring houses with decks all around. Construction going on currently right behind the house which may be bothersome for renters the next couple months. Primary complaint is limited supply of bath & kitchen towels, felt like we had to do laundry constantly to keep things fresh. Overall we had a very enjoyable week at the beach.
