Staff attitide could be improved. Refills of toilet papet without having to ask would have been nice. The same size TVs in all rooms would be an improvement. The railings on the balconies were loose. There was no laundry detergent to purchase. Our sheets and towels were stained, thankfully we always take our own.

The room was very clean and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Each morning, a deluxe continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room with plenty of options to suit everyone. The hot tub was clean and disinfected. Of course the ocean view was beautiful! There is adequate on-site parking, as well. Overall, an excellent choice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal with limited selection. Breakfast area was clean. The layout of the facilities was very confusing. The room layout of the room was comfortable and roomy. We had to call maintenance because we couldn't get the door open to the outside deck area. The maintenance person came quickly and fixed the door. The bed was comfortable but squeaked.
