Welcome to "Salty Beach!"

Recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo.Wake up in the morning and see the ocean through your bedroom window! Bedrooms and living room have blackout shades and smart TVs. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk in spa-like shower. The kitchen has beautiful new white cabinets, quarts countertops, and new appliances and the oven is also an air fryer!

Located at the east end of OIB where the beach is wide thanks to the recent beach re-nourishment project. Low tide on the east end is the perfect time to go shelling! Or set up your chairs and umbrellas and relax while you wait for the Sunset Slush Italian Ice cart to come rolling by.

OIB Town Center Park has a splash pad, walking trails, playground,and bocce court. In the summertime, the park hosts movie nights and outdoor concerts. And there are numerous restaurants and places for sweet treats.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The condo was nice. The views were beautiful. Recommend adding a full body mirror somewhere. We had discussed early check in, and unfortunately we were not able to check in until about 445 which was a little frustrating (we called and texted the host multiple times, and she got back after about an hour). We felt the bed and pillows were not very comfortable (to each their own), and my husband did kill 3 roaches during our stay (which I know sometimes happens in warmer climates). Overall would stay again!

Beautiful beach condo

We had a great time staying here! The condo was on the second floor (top floor) of the complex so we had a great view and breeze from the beach. There isn’t an elevator so you need to be able to climb 2 flight of stairs. The condo is a block away from a public beach access. My family loved heading to the pool after the beach. The blackout shades were very helpful during naptime for my toddler. We would definitely return!

The property is very nice, clean, and felt safe. We could see the beach/ocean from our bedroom window & balcony, which was relaxing. Our host answered messages right away and was very helpful! Our only recommendations would be to add a full-length mirror in one or both bedrooms and it would have been nice for the sheets to already be on the bed (so we wouldn't have to put them on the first night of our stay). Overall, we really liked this location and would stay here again!

Had a great time as we were celebrating our 41st anniversary. The condo was just like it was last year awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable,liked it very much. Great views of the beach and complex. If I could make one suggestion a recliner would be nice, but don't sacrifice the comfortable couch. We do plan on coming again next year. Hopefully my dates will be available. Thanks again

It was a very nice condo. Very clean, decor was not typical cliche beach and spectacular view. The beach was right there and sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was heaven. The property was amazing. We cannot say enough nice things about it. It was cleaned beautifully, had a great location, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival but within 5 minutes of messaging the property owner, maintenance was there to fix the issue. Amazing customer service! Would recommend to everyone!
