'Whata Gift' describes the true beauty of this comfortable, livable OCEANFRONT vacation home. Updated with brightly colored rooms and relaxed seating, this home openly invites its guests to enjoy their stay. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and the house has WI-FI. The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen is inviting to large family dinners, or BBQ on the charcoal grill on the concrete carport complete with a picnic table and chairs. We have beach at low and high tides with an access within 50 steps of our home. Oceanfront decks on each end of the house. We provide the linens, so no need to over pack. We follow COVID health measures. The cleaners sanitize the house with disinfectant between rentals.

The home sits oceanfront to crisp ocean breezes and Carolina blue skies. Across the street, public sidewalks and roadways easily transport you on a leisure walk to a nearby community park. Just a short ride to enjoy area shops, amusements, or the local pier.

Very nice beach house, well stocked. Incredible view from the master bed - you just want to lay there all day! Plus there's plenty of outdoor seating on the various decks to enjoy the ocean while having some privacy from other guests, or switch decks from AM to PM depending if you want to follow the sun or hide from it. Beach itself is very clean and plenty of sand now. Beds and linens are all nice. You can see both sunrise (a bit obstructed by the house next to it) and sunset (unobstructed) over the ocean, as the house faces south. It's maybe 4 miles away from "town" near the end of the island, which makes it quiet but not convenient to shopping/food.

This is an amazing location and a great house. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future! Down away from all the noise and the part of beach was much less crowded. They have tons of chairs and beach stuff available. Lotssss of parking. And everything else you need for a great stay. Nice hosts and easy to communicate with.

This is a great house and works well for all ages. The gate on the porch helps keep the toddlers in (😄) and the view is stunning for the adults! This end of the island is truly a treasure, our favorite by far.

Walk to the beach as often as you like because of the easy and quick beach access. The views from the decks and the master bedroom were fantastic. Connie was very responsive when we asked questions regarding restaurant suggestions and amenities.

This was our family’s first time visiting OIB and we loved this rental property! The location next to the public access was incredibly convenient, and having porch options on either side of the house worked well to always have a shady, breezy spot no matter what time of day it was. Perfect vacation week

Property was clean upon arrival and exactly as described. Location to beach is unbeatable- so convenient with little kids and frequent trips back and forth from the beach. Wonderful home on the beach

We used to bring our kids who are all adults now to Ocean Isle Beach when they were younger. We have never stayed on this end of Ocean Isle Beach but absolutely love it! The home is well-kept and well appropriated and offers ample deck space for meals outside in the sun or shade! The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked! Having linens included was a plus!

Private Paradise!

Words can not even begin to describe how incredible our stay has been. The home is magnificently beautiful, private and peaceful. We had a small beach wedding here and it was the perfect place to blend our families and start our lives together. We plan on coming back every year to celebrate!
