I called to make sure the pool was heated and they assured me it was the reason we picked this hotel is because they had an indoor heated pool. The pool was freezing cold therefore, the trip was miserable. We would have never gone there if we knew this in the first place. We went down to get breakfast and the lady told us at 9:30 AM that everything was turned off and that she could not make any more eggs. Breakfast is supposed to be open until 10 o’clock, therefore, none of us got any eggs and other things that were also gone. She was very rude and disrespectful. This was a waste of $500 for three nights, absolute horrible experience.

The room was clean and the hotel staff was great very accommodating. Jamie and Joe that provided breakfast were great, anytime we needed anything, they were right there to take care of it. There was no soap in the one bathroom downstairs near the kitchen area and they took care of it right away. There was no toilet paper at one point, they took care of it right away, no questions. The staff was there to service the customers in anyway they needed and I really appreciated that.
I loved the gym area.
