$25 pet fee, reasonable all things considered. Staff seemed disorganized- not sure which rooms were vacant. Very friendly though! The room seemed to have clean sheets and disinfected surfaces, but the walls were filthy, baseboards gross, flooring pieces coming apart, doors were difficult. A deep clean once in a while would really benefit the property.
