Lovely house, great beds. Perfect layout for large groups. Driveway long and can park multiple cars in it. We had a wonderful stay. Modernized house with many conveniences. Owners are responsive to communication. Walking distance to Piedmont Ave with great restaurants and shops.

Nicely maintained and well stocked home for family and friends gathering. The home has ample space for parties to spread out and enjoy their own space. The host is very responsible and helpful. We had a great stay. Suggest to add a couple of folding tables so the main floor can host a larger dinner than just 8 people.

Wonderful place for group gatherings and retreats!

I booked for a gathering and it was the perfect place for us. The space is beautiful and spacious, in an ideal location for either folks traveling and wanting to be close to great restaurants, to walk around the lake and see views, or relax inside and be able to cook and do activities. If you're looking for a place to stay for a family reunion or gathering, I'd definitely recommend!

Great Stay

We had a fairly large group of 12 looking to explore SF and the Bay Area. The house is located in a safe area with pretty easy access to the bay bridge, bart, costco, Oakland airport, etc. We had tons of room to spread out and everything worked out great. We had a small hitch with the door code upon checkin, but the property manager was prompt with responding despite how late it was. We loved this property and would happily use it again if visiting SF or Oakland.

Awesome group retreat

This house was a fantastic setup for a group of families with young kids. The flexibility of having the 6 twin size mattresses/cots was great for letting kids sleep in the same room with their parents. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group (we didn’t even need the upstairs kitchen except for running the extra dishwasher and borrowing some plates and cutlery). The layout was great for the adults to hang out in the downstairs living room and watch the kids playing in the yard, or around the dining table with kids in the living room. The house was spotless and the linens were plentiful. Thanks so much!

Great Spot!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tons of driveway space. Beds were good with nice linens. Kitchen was great. There is filtered water dispenser in the fridge you just have to open it it’s inside. Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay again.

Family Reunion was AMAZING!!

We rented two houses for over 30 folks; and we were able to arrange lots of great stuff for the weekend (Oakland Museum Friday Nights food trucks, Lake Merrit group massage then Farmers Market, Montclair picnic - All really close to the house (we also did a day trip to SF/Fisherman's wharf). The house was a perfect gathering place, and those who actually stayed loved the acommodations and the neighborhood!

I want to live here!

This home is so gorgeous and such a sanctuary I never wanted to leave. I loved all the artwork and furnishings. It was a beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful walk to the rose garden and restaurants on Piedmont Ave. I joined friends from all over the country and Canada for my 50th birthday and I wish I hadn't planned to do anything but hang out at the house. Beda was an amazing host, even answering my phone call when he was out of the country on vacation. I can't recommend this place enough. Do not hesitate!!

Nice House

Great place for a large family!

We loved this property. There was room enough for 12 of us, and the Tiki Barn was an added bonus. The house was clean, well stocked, and looked exactly as the pictures were shown online. Beda was so accommodating by allowing us an early check in. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for family to come together

This is an awesome property, we had several generations from all over come together for a great time! This house has enough room to spread out and also bring everyone together for meals and conversation. Beda is a great host. Highly recommend and we will be back hopefully soon!

Wonderful stay, beautiful place

This house was perfect for our offsite staff retreat. The amenities were hotel quality, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds very comfortable, lovely decor and beautiful touches throughout.
