This private, bright, airy, top(2nd) floor end unit is a one minute walk to the Deer Park Rec Center and beach area. The unit is air-conditioned for those rare, but occasional hot summer days. There is an outdoor locker opposite the entrance for skis, golf clubs, beach chairs, etc. A mud room with a large closet lets you store beach toys and strollers before heading upstairs to the living quarters. A fully stocked compact kitchen makes preparing meals for your family or friends a breeze. The vaulted ceiling lends an open feeling to the LR/DR area. Off the LR is a outdoor balcony area ideal for having that morning cup of coffee in the summer or an afternoon cocktail. Enjoy dining by the large bay window. Relax after a round of golf or a day at the beach by watching your favorite shows on a 50” Samsung 4K HDTV. Free Wireless Internet service lets you quickly connect to your favorite websites.

The master bedroom with ensuite tiled bathroom has a queen bed with a new matress and box spring, multiple dressers, 32" Samsung TV and a window that looks north to an undeveloped area through which flows the Pemigewassett River. The second bedroom with a large window and a southern exposure is bright and cheery. A twin over full bunk bed a rollaway in the closet, give multiple sleeping possibilities. A 32' TV, DVD/VCR will help entertain the kids when they are not outside. The second bathroom, also tiled, is just across the hall. Fine linens and towels are provided to enhance your stay.

The Deer Park resort is located in Woodstock, NH just a few minutes from Exit 32 off I-93, a couple of hours from the Boston area. A short walk(1 min.) from the condo is a five acre spring fed lake with sandy beach, swimming area and floating raft. Next to the lake is the Clubhouse with a fabulous indoor pool, game room, pool table, two racquetball courts, and locker rooms with showers. Please note that the Rec Center pool and hot tub are due for extensive repairs and will not be available from 3/15/23 until 7/1/23.

On the upper level of the Clubhouse is large seating area and kitchen that can be used to host family parties. In the summer, two large gas grills are available at the pavilion by the pond for your cookout. Across from the condo are two tennis courts and a basketball court. The little kids can do laps on their bikes on the one mile loop that runs through Deer Park. For the more adventurous, explore the 9 mile bike path through nearby Franconia Notch as it goes past the Basin, Cannon Mountain and Echo Lake.

Area attractions include the Hobo Railroad, Alpine Adventures, Clark’s Trading Post, Santa’s Village, Whale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, the Flume and Basin, Boise Rock and guided wildlife(moose) tours. Also, less than an hour away, is the Mt. Washington Cog Railway and the shopping outlets in North Conway and Tilton. In the fall, hike the many nearby White Mountain trails and enjoy the spectacular New Hampshire foliage.
