Elevators broken, bar and restaurant not open most of the time. No lunch options in hotel, no clean towels at pool. Was scolded for taking coffee up to room from MY PAID BREAKFAST BUFFET. Room cleaning was minimal, only got clean sheets and towels, not vacuumed or trash picked up. Overall hotel needs remodel and location is not ideal.

Nice and clean. Visited in February and it was quite chilly in the evening and there’s no heat. I understand that it’s FL but no heat is absurd and that fact was not advertised. That’s my only complaint, other than that, everything was fine. Staff was warm and friendly

I was supposed to have a balcony room and the door was broken and not able to slide. So no balcony, money wasted on the room. For that I should have paid the non-balcony rate. Then the room door wasn’t working because of the battery, so I was stuck in my room and not allow to leave without leaving someone in the room

Room was clean but had no microwave to warm our leftovers. Hallways at the end of each floor leading to the pool are dirty and filled with spiderwebs. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken during our entire 5 day stay. Pool side furniture/cushions are old, stained and worn out. Hotel room door wood was badly chipped. Lobby area clean, nice restaurant. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Starbucks in the lobby was a huge plus. Just average for the price.
