Patio door was frozen and asked and was told lots of the doors are frozen. Had to walk down hall to take my little dog out throughout the night. Bed very uncomfortable. No clock. Card to open door works after 20 - 30. Obviously sensor on door is a problem. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs and sausage cold. Butter frozen. Wilted fruit. Apple juice tasted like it was watered down. Will look for a different hotel when we go back

Th room had food n ild kleenex behind one of the night stands there was black hair in my bed,so we slept with ours clothes on n brought our own blankets, the bathroom was dirty had black hairs on the floor, the carpet was dirty and smell dirty, n it was freezing cold in the room took forever to heat up, but i will say that the lady at thr fronts desk was amazing and very helpful

We had been discouraged from staying here due to some negative reviews about the cleanliness of rooms. We found that the room was very clean and that the breakfast was satisfactory. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. The television was a little difficult to figure out but, otherwise, everything was fine.
