it always took two flushes to flush the toilet. The curtains had missing pieces on. It could not close the curtain properly other than that oh one more thing the shower had no pressure on it almost burnt my arm off. It could’ve been a lawsuit. Other than that it was OK I guess.

Property is very old and dated- non smoking room smelled of old stale smoke.. service areas were clean, bathroom was very clean but don't drop anything behind the furniture, or don't move anything - hasn't been cleaned in months- beds weren't made again between days stayed just blankets thrown on top of sheets -sheets weren't even pulled up but left at the bottom of the bed, new towels weren't supplied when towels left on floor - just picked off the floor and hung up on hook... Had to ask for everything ie. towels, plates and cups at breakfast time. Staff was friendly and accommodating - you get what you pay for... spend the extra and stay at the holiday inn or a newer space. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stayed here because it was recommended by the Voodos Hockey club and was suppose to get a deal.. they couldn't even offer the deal because I needed a king bed and pull out. Didn't care to discuss ..told me to book it through expedia. Will not stay here again and I advise you don't either.

At first I was not sure how the stay at this location would be as the system was down and they were not able to check guests in. The room was cute. Bedspread had lots of stains but the staff got right on it and changed all the linens. Staff very friendly.
