As unbiased as I can be. The TV remote didn't work & the ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was put out a 1/2 he before you could eat (guess that was so the hot items could get Luke-warm). When I reported the items not working (no answer when I called down I had to physically go down to the front desk) the guy acted like it was all me and the items were functioning. He found out, for himself, that the items were broken... the only resolution he could offer was that he would report them and they would be fixed the next day (get that the place doesn't even have a backup remote for the tv). The next day came and went. The Ice machine got fixed and I was still without a remote... the solution they gave me for not having a guild (to see what is on, or coming up) was to use the up/down channel keys to see what was on... Oh, the last point. The layout chart on the room door is wrong. On the second floor it shows the Ice Machine in a room, on the second floor, that has one of the card locks on it... but when I tried it I lost my card inside the lock and had to go to the front desk to get another... good times. Will not stay here again.

Smelled. So. Bad. Immediately your got with BO it’s just embedded in this room. The sheets were stained. Clean. But stained. I refused to use them. I bought my own sheets pillow cases and blankets. This isn’t a carpet you would step on bare foot. I didn’t even go in my socks.

The tv had a wbite spot on screen. Coffee macbine did not work on rm 116 and pellows need to be replaced the had a well used odour. Rm 114 lighr fixture did not have a cap to turn light and hadvto reprogram TV. When we went in chairs on table not good. Stair carpets need a good leaning. Will not revisit.

The carpets were filthy and stunk terribly! However the person working tried hard to be accommodating but it wasn't his fault l would think it's the owners responsibility to correct the cleanliness of rooms also of those carpets. I sincerely would not recommend this hotel.

I noticed a smell from the rugs, even though they were vacuumed they still had a .usty smell. I had to buy Fabreeze to spray the rug. The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The TV was really small. The front desk person when we arrived wasn't very friendly. The breakfast area was small, not a lot of places to sit. We had to ask for clean towels on the second day. It was not what I had been used to.
