I have stayed here a number of times and am generally always happy with it. Complimentary breakfast set up is simple, but there is something for everyone. Staff at desk, in food service and housekeeping have always been good!

Overnight family stay in North Bay.

I thought the lobby and sitting area was beautiful. The room was nice. The bathroom was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were very nice. Cons: room 609, A/C is really loud and hard to sleep with. The bathroom sink does not drain, it is clogged. The toilet also had a hard time draining.

The hotel itself is great but we had an easily solvable issue at check in but the front desk supervisor was rude and condescending and created a very unnecessary escalation.

Great hotel as usual

Most things were great really, our toilet’s chain came off I let the front desk know and they fixed it right away. The new text feature was amazing as I actually used it twice. Maybe consider stocking a few meds like pepto or antacid in the like store as that would have helped one night. The pool was really cold, but that could have been just me. I was surprised there was no hot tub. But overall was a great stay.

I absolutely love this hotel every time we come to North Bay. This is where we stay. I love the pillows. I love the bedding. I love all the shampoos from zero brand would love to be able to purchase someone I’m visiting the hotel as well as purchasing the bedding as you can only purchase it online and shipping to Canada is very expensive

I always take a suite with a sofa bed so my kids can sleep on it. It had used tissues & a slice of pizza in the sofa. Super disgusting. It’s very easy to open up a sofa couch to see if it’s dirty.
