Staff were all very nice and obliging. Trouble was there weren’t enough of them on what seemed to be a full capacity weekend and this is apparently an IHG decision. The bathroom electrical outlet was not working and the toilet stayed running after flushing. While apologetic, staff had no one available to fix anything and could only offer a $20. discount on my room rate. Not a happy-making scenario for a customer who has many other hotel choices going forward.
