We were called while driving to see when we would be checking in…then provided a room next to front desk and awoken at 7 am by cleaning staff and loud desk staff. We left a day early as it was so bad and front desk staff were rude and less than understanding.

There was a hockey tournament when i stayed 3 niggts here, it was loud, slamming doors till wee hours, i called front desk they just said there was a hockey tournament and apologized, i also had booked a bottom floor hotel room, when i got there they gave me a room upstairs, i had told them i booked a room on first floor that I just had surgery on my ankles all they said was they were full, was disappointing.

Hotel great - Hotels.com not great

The Manager Cindy and her team were amazing. Cindy was incredibly patient in dealing with Hotels.com’s error with the booking and its staff who wrote that they’d called and weren’t able to change things because of the hotel when they had not. The final operator at Hotels.com did a great job delivering. Cindy and her team looked after the 15 of us along with the 100+ guests that took part in the martial arts weekend. Next time I come to North Bay and if I’m hosting an event I know where I will be doing it.
