Nice stay but some improvements would help.

From the check in to other encounters with staff, all were very friendly and polite while being helpful. Rooms did not have in-room coffee machines but free coffee was available at the check in counter but it was not always fresh. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, all other supplies were good. Pool was nice but the stairs going in were not in good condition (loose and moved). Kids were loud and screaming with parents not controlling them. Food was good at the restaurant but a little over priced for me.

the air conditioner would not shut off.. i tried to use the control on the wall.. nothing happened. Very hard to sleep with it blasting all night long. no paper, pen or shone book in the room. Glad I had my phone so i could look up a phone numbers.
