The staff - 10/10. Great attitude, EXTREMELY helpful. Organized and ON TOP of managing the hotel. Well done! Cleanliness- 10/10. Breakfast- 8/10. Eggs were cold, juice machine broken. Food was good though and I ate it sooooo Parking- 10/10. No fees, just a parking lot; well lit, ample size. Check in- 12/10. Flawless. Room- 12/10. Size, comfort, amenities- fantastic. They were shy with towels but I’m sure I could’ve asked for more if needed due to the staff being absolutely flawless. Local events- Norfolk is always poppin, so there’s plenty to do here. New Year's Eve was a success. Thank you, Holiday Inn at ORF. Will book again, 100%.

The staff was great but the water pressure in the shower was horrible. The stream was horrible. There was like a screw through where the nob has to pass and it blocked me from changing the temperature so the water was freezing.

Bed sheets were dirty, heat wasn’t working. Jamal was the only person trying to help me. Had to change rooms. The morning manger a woman was blaming me that I dyed my hair and that’s how the sheets were dirty.

I arrived Friday night early Saturday 3:00 AM,It took a very long time to get checked in my reservation was not correct even though I made it in advance, We went to the room to find it was a king bed and couch, went back downstairs to question and was told did not have 2 queen beds, and I said there aren't any sheets or blankets for the couch, desk person bought the bedding and we had to make bed ourselves, the couch was very uncomfortable, could not sleep,I was also told I would have to go to front desk in AM to check reservation for Saturday evening and requested a additional room. The room for Friday evening ,there was only 1 wash cloth no Kleenex, I was not happy
