Würden wir null Sterne geben können, würden wir das hier sehr gerne tun. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!Am späten Abend vor unserer geplanten Ankunft (um 21:44 Uhr) haben wir eine SMS erhalten, dass die Vermieter uns absagen und wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr beziehen können. Leider hatten wir um diese Zeit schon geschlafen und die Nachricht erst am nächsten Morgen gelesen.Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 2 Tage als Zwischenstopp in unserer 2 Wöchigen Rundreise gebucht. 1200 km von zuhause entfernt mit Kind und Hund standen wir nun da und mussten im Hochsommer in der Hauptsaison in der Region eine neue Unterkunft finden. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag auf einem Rastplatz verbracht (38 grad im Schatten), einen Tag Urlaub verloren und uns ziemlich gestresst.Auf unsere hinterlassene Nachricht auf dem Anrufbeantworter und mindestens 10 Anrufen in Abwesenheit von uns und von der Buchungsplattform Fewo reagierten die Vermieter überhaupt nicht. Auf meine gesendete SMS mit der Nachricht „ und das sagen sie uns jetzt?“ bekamen wir im Laufe des Tages als Antwort „wir haben einen Todesfall“. Es sei jetzt mal dahingestellt ob das stimmt oder nicht. Natürlich wünschen wir den verbliebenen Angehörigen unser herzliches Beileid. Wir gehen eher davon aus, dass das Haus anderweitig für längere Zeit an jemand anderen vermietet wurde. Lieben Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung
