Good location - safe, residential neighborhood, close to stores and Niagara Falls attractions. Not long on frills but a comfortable, clean, spacious place to stay. Be sure to check out amenities listed so you don't get caught without a hair dryer or other needed items.

The place was very comfortable for us, and Fernanda, the owner, was very kind. The only odd thing that happened was on our last night: the lights in my son's room—and in the bathroom—stopped working. However, that was a minor issue, as it was already our final night. I do feel a bit bad, though, because my two younger children wouldn't stop running back and forth. Overall, it was a very pleasant place.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
While the area is generally pleasant, this is an upper one-unit with extremely thin walls and floors, making it difficult to maintain privacy. We received the check-in instructions an hour before arriving at the property. The instructions included a quiet time from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, prohibiting any noise. However, this quiet time was not mentioned in the listings “house rules,” We would not have booked the unit if we had been aware of it in the listing. We assumed that the quiet time referred to loud music, parties, or similar disturbances, which we found understandable. On the first night, we received a message saying please be mindful of the noise. I was confused b/c I didn’t think we were loud. The owner stated the next day the noise was from loud walking that was echoing downstairs. The next morning I messaged the owner and we offered to take partial refund and we would find somewhere else to stay. The owner responded that we could try again for another night but at this point we knew it wasn’t going to work. The vacation was ruined because we felt like we were constantly walking on eggshells, trying to avoid making any noise and tip toeing around when we walked. Every night, we had to ensure that our 6yr old was sleep before entering the unit to avoid disturbing the quiet time. One night, our child didn’t go to sleep until after 1am. In conclusion, the quiet time should be clearly listed in the house rules so guest are aware before booking.
