This beautiful newly renovated apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, upper porch, dining room, one full bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi.

This rental is on the upper floor with another separate apartment below it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Most houses in NF are old, so please expect some creaky floors.

Pleasant stay

Enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting outside on the deck out front. The weather was perfect. Bedrooms were big, beds were comfortable. House is pretty creaky, but we expected it given the age of the house, just felt a little bad for the people below us when we were walking around. Loved how close we were to the falls, and just a short drive to Buffalo.

Spacious and Affordable

Apartment was newly updated, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s a little further away from the Falls in a residential neighborhood so you are not right on top of everything. Owner was very responsive. Price was great. Overall a wonderful stay.
