The hotel is located near the falls, making it perfect for taking a walk. After a meal, you can easily stroll over to the falls. The park in front of the hotel is beautiful, and the air is very refreshing. The facilities are decent as well. In our room, the curtain was broken, but when we requested it, they repaired it. When I took a shower, the water quality felt very good. However, the breakfast manager (at least she seemed to be the manager) looked upset both times I saw her, which made me feel like she might have been having a hard time.

Room was very nice no balcony staff was wonderful. The bar was full of drunks and there was no smoking anywhere around the building. That was nice enough for someone to go and smoke. I just think that smoking situation is terrible. Terrible. We must be downgraded people.

Our stay at the Doubletree in Niagara Falls was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the maid didn’t replace the dirty glasses and we were there three nights. The cookies are delicious and they are very generous with them! I would recommend this hotel!

Out of all the Doubletrees we stayed at on this trip, this one far exceeded the others. The check-in/check-out process was quick, our room had a beautiful view of the river, and was easily located to the Falls and surrounding restaurants. The room was spacious, and the shower was huge. I loved the small touch with the night light in the bathroom. And like all Doubletree locations, the warm cookies are amazing. I don't know where they get them but they are soooo delicious. I think I will be staying at Doubletree from here on out.
