The guy that checked us in was lovely ! New Year’s Eve everyone had a attitude .. the New Years celebration wasn’t on in the bar area etc .. when asked if we could watch the ball drop at 11;45pm .. I was met with rudeness from two separate people …

The hotel was very modern and up-to-date. The rooms however were not super clean. We were there for three full nights and four days and were unable to get any kind of cleaning done in our room. With six of us we had trash built up everywhere and nowhere to go with it with the tiny trash cans.
My daughter and took trip to visit NF for a couple of days. We went with our specific DTHH reservation bc of breakfast being included and the river view from the room. We found out upon arrival we would not get breakfast with our reservation, bummer. We were super excited to go to the pool and relax once we got settled in.. it seemed like all precautions were being taken to ensure the safety of the hotel visitors. We found ourselves in an over crowded pool room with masking/ social distancing/capacity not being enforced or monitored. I found that our get away was more stressful and exhausting more than anything. The river view from our room was the only upside to our visit. ..
