We were staying here for work and our job got completed early so we needed to check out early. I have done this many times with hotels as we travel a lot for work. I have never had a problem getting a refund if I have to check out early. I messaged the general manager Penny several times with no response. Would not recommend if you are staying here for work an need to be flexible with your checkout.

From the moment we arrived on 1/10/26 we were blown away by the hospitality. The male receptionist who greeted us was phenomenal—the best I’ve encountered. Since we were visiting from out of town, he took the time to curate a list of incredible recommendations for us to visit on our drive home. It truly added a personal touch to our trip. The room was extremely comfortable, leading to an amazing night's sleep, and the breakfast was a fantastic the next morning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great value and even better service!

Check in took a bit longer than usual but he was doing the best he could by himself. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing special. the pool was nice (cold but nice). The hot tub was great too. Very noisy neighbors and dogs all through the night (above us, across from us…and we could hear the guests in the pool from our room on the 2nd floor). Location was great for our needs and the breakfast had plenty of options.
