Location, location, location...conveniently situated in historic Kerry Hill, just steps from downtown and Broadway, and easy access to the rest of Aquidneck Island.
Dining, shopping, entertainment, sightseeing...everything Newport has to offer awaits your arrival.
Fully furnished living space and equipped kitchen. Queen beds in all bedrooms.
Laundry on site. Linens are NOT provided. Monthly rentals only per City of Newport regulations, or stay the entire summer.
Parking on-site for one vehicle tandem with other unit. Plenty of street parking, no permit required.
Unit 1 is on the first floor and has two bedrooms. Unit 2 on the second and third floors has 4 bedrooms and is also available for larger groups who want the entire house.
